Kalpesh is a serial entrepreneur. He comes with 21 years of experience and was  part of the leadership team at Standard Chartered Bank, heading their Capital Markets Vertical  comprising of Lending Against Marketable Securities & Depository Services under the Consumer Banking Business. He Founded Screen Facts  which is today one of the leading employee background screening company in India. As part of diversification he founded a Mobile Commerce Venture known as Nudge Card Deals. His corporate experience & running his own business gives him a strong understanding of strategic issues affecting todays organizations.

Kalpesh leads the Search for CEO’ & CXO’s and has successfully closed multiple leadership positions within the BFSI Space.

Kalpesh is a full time NMIMS, MBA from batch of 1999 and an University of Mumbai, Graduate in Production Engineering from batch of  1995.
